As part of the Air Jordan Holiday 2018 lineup, New Jordans 2018 will be releasing the Air Jordan 3 Chlorophyll inspired by the Nike Air Trainer 1. This Air Jordan 3 features a Light Smoke Grey, Chlorophyll, Black, White and Sail color combination. Currently images have yet to leak, but like mentioned, the shades and color blocking used will mimic that of the Nike Air Trainer 1. Both the Air Jordan 3 and Air Trainer 1 was designed by Tinker Hatfield. MJ was also seen wearing the Trainer 1 in the late 80s.
Jordans 2017, What is now one of the sneaker world's most notable silhouettes was brought to life with an architect's keen eye. Tinker Hatfield, the auspicious name behind much of the Air Jordan franchise, was the visionary behind this classic. At the request of MJ, Hatfield developed the now iconic elephant print. Likely inspired by the iconic Air Trainer 1, the "Chlorophyll" Jordan 3 features a mix of light/dark gray, white and black on the upper, midsole and outsole. Light green accents hit the 'Nike Air' heel logo, tongue Jumpman branding and eyelets.
